So apparently my last post didn't kick my butt back into a routine enough. Thank goodness Homecoming is over with (I advise, oversee and organize all things Homecoming) so now I am hurling myself back on track. In the last 3 months I have gained back 13 pounds and I am so over it. I started fresh yesterday with a new weigh in book, I went shopping and got myself stocked and I started this morning off on the right foot with an on-program breakfast. Now I am waiting for the Hubs to get out of the house so I can meet my friend Jillian Michaels for a 30 Day Shred session.
So - thus far:
Breakfast:
2 cups coffee
1 c lt vanilla soy milk
1 c multigrain cheerios (mixed with)
3/4 c Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal
1c FF Milk
4 oz Fiber One Yogurt
Sugar Free applesauce
